• Implementation of Human Resource service
• Assist in maintaining good public relations
• Responsible for the answering of general human resource inquires and directing visitors and employees to appropriate personnel.
• Implements on employees monthly attendant monitoring and prepare monthly attendant report.
• Provide assistance with the completion/request of Human Resource forms, coding and data entry of resumes.
• You need to provided clerical assistance as required.
• And provide administrative support assisting with the recruitment process as required and other general office clerical duties.
• Other assignment will be assigned by HR manager.

• University graduated in Management (HRM) or related filed.
• Two years of related HR experience
• Experience at the University or similar environment
• Computer proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and e-mail). knowledge of Finger Print System is an advantage.
• Excellent communication (oral and verbal), interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
• Good personality, team work, and team building skill
• Be responsible, trustworthy and respectful
• Demonstrate sound work ethics
• Be flexible, smart and faster.
• Especially good responsibility and knowledge of job objective and matter.
• Two years of related HR experience
• Experience at the University or similar environment
